3. Ordering and Payment 💳

- Order Placement: Payment is required upon placing an order unless otherwise specified. Hostiverse reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time.

- Auto-Renewal: Services automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

- Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, services may be suspended or terminated until payment is made. Additionally, a late payment fine of 20% of the outstanding amount will be applied to overdue invoices.

 

 

4. Service Activation and Delivery

- Delivery Times: We aim to activate services promptly, typically within the timeframe stated on our website.

- Out-of-Stock Servers: If a service is unavailable, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery time. Refunds may be issued if the service cannot be provided within the agreed timeframe.

- Prohibited Content: Hosting illegal or prohibited content, including but not limited to child pornography, copyrighted materials, or content promoting illegal activities, is forbidden.

- CPU and Resource Usage: For VPS hosting, fair usage policies ensure all customers receive equitable performance. Excessive resource usage may result in temporary suspension.

- Prohibited Activities: Cryptocurrency mining, spamming, or conducting illegal activities on Hostiverse servers is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.

 

6. Support 🕒

We provide support for all services purchased through Hostiverse. Access support via our ticketing system or by contacting support@hostiverse.net. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

 

Note: Support for third-party applications or custom configurations is limited.

 

7. Refund Policy 💸

- Refunds for Downtime: If service downtime exceeds 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the period of disruption.

- No Refunds for Misconfiguration: Refunds are not provided for misconfiguration or user error.

- Refunds on Pre-Orders: Pre-orders and custom solutions are non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided within the promised time.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting support will result in immediate service termination.
